Dear Michael,

On behalf of Specialty Distribution Group LLC, I am pleased to confirm our offer to you for the Fabricator position based in Y06-Mobile, Al DI-FAB Marine. In this capacity, you will report to Chadrick Wade District Mgr. The following summarizes our offer:

This offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a drug screen and criminal background check and the authorization/approval of your Motor Vehicle Report (for driving positions only). These requirements will be completed at our expense.

CASH COMPENSATION

You will be eligible to receive an hourly rate of $14.00 (USD). Hourly employees are paid every Friday. Applicable payroll deductions, as required by state and federal law will be withheld from your paycheck, along with any voluntary deductions that you authorize. You can choose to be paid by Direct Deposit or a Pay Card.

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

The Company presently offers a benefits package, which includes medical insurance, dental insurance and a 401 (k) Plan with a 50% Company match on your first 6% of contribution. Our benefits package includes details about your eligibility for Paid Time off (PTO) or vacation and sick leave, as applicable, in accordance with Company policies as they apply to your position. Our employee benefits will be explained in detail during your onboarding; enclosed is a benefits summary for your reference. Please note that the Company reserves the right to change the benefits package in its sole discretion.

NEW HIRE ONBOARDING

On your start date, or a mutually agreed upon date, we will review and complete the forms you must fill out as part of your onboarding process. The Company complies with the Immigration Reform and Control Act, and accordingly, we ask that you bring appropriate verification of authorization to work in the United States, (e.g., U.S. passport, INS issued Alien Registration Card, or driver's license) when you complete these forms. In addition, bring your Social Security card as it is required for payroll purposes. ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER

This letter is intended to answer many of the questions that you may have concerning your employment, but should not be construed as a contract of employment or a binding obligation without unrestricted right of the Company to modify or terminate the provisions provided herein. In any case, at all times during your employment you will be an

“at will” employee, which means that your employment may be terminated at any time with or without cause. Our signatures on this letter confirm our mutual agreement to mediation and binding arbitration under the Corporate Dispute Resolution Program, should there be any dispute arising out of or related to our employment relationship, or its termination.

To accept this offer, electronically sign this letter. This offer, if not previously accepted by you, will expire at the close of business two days from today's date.
