While working as Production Manager, led a team of 3 supervisors and 1 process tech in improving area safety, efficiency, quality, and scrap reduction. Areas managed included resin injected molding presses as well as 2 paint lines. Coached supervisors on areas needing improvements such as accountability as well as time management in completing tasks. Coached and guided supervisors on how to use a 4D board to help drive improvements in department. Helped drive team on improving cycle times to ensure capacity plan is met.
