• Work closely with the local Project Manager, Lead Field Engineer, and account teams to assist in all aspects of deploying and supporting network hardware and related systems.

• Troubleshoot SCADA (IPv4) Traffic / Backend Management AP’s (IPv6) to determine where and the time Network problems occurred.
