-Responsible for five (5) Mainframe programs/projects involving indirect management of resources, weekly project status reporting to executive management. Conducted weekly release team meetings, Release planning with Business Line VP and associated Directors, remove blockers of the team and ensure business decisions were made quickly that would directly impact the success of a team’s product delivery

-[Supervisor – CS Lab] Hands-on manager providing direct supervision of individuals creating solutions that provide 1st line support engineers the most up to date information about Compaq products and resolutions. Maintained a development / production lab consisting of 30 servers supporting the call center on a worldwide basis.

-1st Level Support & 2nd Level Support Engineer - Technical Support Engineer supporting the Support Hotline for Dealers and End Users by providing real time solutions. As 2nd level, interact with all areas within Compaq (R&D, Product Marketing, and Service Product Marketing) to resolve customer issues escalated from 1st level Call Managers.
