I buy and sell properties from distressed owners to flippers, buy and hold investors and realtors.
Invest Develop Manage (IDM) Group - Vancouver WA.
Nov 2020 to July 2022: Dual Site Property Manager for two Multi-family sites in Vancouver: Overlook Park and Wy’East Pointe Apartments. Managed the day-to-day operations for these two properties with a team of 7 collectively over the two properties (2 mi. apart from each other). Maintained occupancy at 98 to 100% consistently. Delinquency ranged from 4% to 15% due to covid pandemic. However, started to recover from this with very active financial aid drives through county and state organizations. I resigned from this role in July 2022 due to lack of consistent support staff to properly manage the sites to their fullest potential.
CAL-AM Properties- Hemet, CA.
Sept. 2013 to July 2020: On-site General Manager of 550 space manufactured home park at Colonial Country Club Golf Resort Homes, Hemet CA. This is a 55+ senior park with resort amenities to include: year-round pool, ballroom, library, indoor shuffleboard courts, dog-park, 18-hole golf course, fitness center and clubhouse. I managed a team of 11. Consistently maintained 97% occupancy with 3% availability: and successful NOI growth annually of 3 to 3.5% with turnover ownership of homesite sales. I oversaw a team consisting of Sales Manager, office accountant, receptionist, part time janitor, golf course manager and 3 grounds crew, 2 maintenance techs and our CPO pool technician.

Five years with Prometheus Real Estate Group from Assistant Manager to General Manager over dual site communities. Last position: GM over 866 units in San Jose over Willow Lake/ Woodland Meadows sister sites.
