Personal Statement
I am creative, hardworking, and I love a challenge.
I trained as a P.R.I.C.E. instructor almost 9 years ago (also trained as a RRN instructor plus trainer), previously a CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Master level instructor (having been an instructor for over 8 years and completed 3 advanced courses and achieved over 425 hours training) plus MAPA, APT and ASD instructor. I am currently incorporating the restraint reduction network standards into the company ethos, standards, policies and procedures.
In my previous role within the same company, I have pro-actively formulated, monitored and reviewed training, support and development for staff. I have written policies and procedures for my organisation, with yearly checks and reviews/updates.
I am an appointed person first aider. I am a trained fire marshal- following a course with East Sussex fire and rescue service. I have in the past on a monthly basis written a regulation 33 report for OFSTED (children’s services) about the running of the home (good/bad findings) I diagnose and maintain upkeep of all of the company’s IT systems across 3 homes (15 pc’s across 3 networks)
