In winter there were below freezing temps inside the trailers and in summer temps over 150 degrees inside when welding. Used to working in extreme environments. Always do more than have to,so there is a good feeling at the end of the day.Always one of their top builders in speed and quality. Often would operate the break press or shear or ironworker. During employment there noticed the boss and supervisors had the measurements for everything memorized. If you got an order for a new different trailer sometimes have to wait til the boss comes back. So made blueprints for all the trailers and kept it in a central area of the shop for all employees to see. Saved countless hrs of downtime. Got many raises. Started at $10. Ended at $14. Got many bonuses on paycheck for building the trailers in less time then required. Was indispensable to them.
