Responsible for leading a team in reorganizing and directing all financial aspects of this global firm, including development of annual operating plans to guide management activities to achieve strategic objectives. Impaxx was a $150 million, packaging holding-company owned by $1 billion, Aurora Capital. Impaxx had been built by acquiring suppliers of pressure sensitive labels, specialty & high-tech labels, custom folding cartons, pharmaceutical packaging, and high-speed labeling equipment.

Hired after a 1-hour interview to join the management team of this firm to help divest, consolidate and turn around operations involving 9 subsidiaries across the country. Organized each division for the right plan for budgeting for sales and cost controls. Divested of 6 subsidiaries and consolidated the 3 remaining. Redesigned financial reporting and enhanced analysis. Created their cash management process. Managed relationships with investors and banking consortium.
