• Assemble medical device products for commercial and clinical use by following Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) and properly completing Device History Records (DHR) per cGMP.

• Perform Line Clearance process and follow production control SOPs.

• Work in a class of 10,000 clean room environment and follow proper gowning and material handling procedures.

• Perform common manufacturing tasks using heat treating ovens, force test stands, microscopes, hand tools such as tweezers, razor blades, torque drives, calipers, tappi chart and other tools as needed.

• Participate in Quality Audits of manufacturing processes.

• Perform testing of devices and sub-assemblies

• Assist leads in training new team members and temporary personnel in proper manufacturing procedures and practices

• Verifying DHR at the end of shift to ensure it meets GDP standards

• Be able to work multiple workstations if needed to ensure production line flows efficiently

• Perform other duties as assigned.
