As a unit manager, I managed all areas of operations for a multiple of full service/quick service operations within the Airport. I was offered to stay with Shake Shack at a street side location (Barclays) or stay at the airport with SSPA. During my time here my team and I have set and accomplished several goals including raising guest satisfaction surveys, reducing COG’s variances, and overall unit sanitation and equipment preventative maintenance. Over the time I have filled in at other units when needed.
