Credit Department where I got the Lead AR position by promotion. Duties included applying customer payments to accounts, interacting with customers regarding account balances, credits or discrepancies. Month-end closing of accounts, applying

"Note" payments to customers' accounts as well. Dispatch - distribution of all orders placed by company warehouses or paper centers. Interact with customer services reps, janitorial purchasing department, and paper purchasing department, managers and outside sales clerk. Will Call - helps customers that walk in that do not have open accounts. Receiving Department - I am forklift certified, unloading products off trucks, check products with packing slips to ensure accuracy. If any damages I am responsible for taking pictures, write up info pertaining to damage item, fill out necessary paperwork, get drivers signatures, and send all paperwork to necessary departments. I am responsible for receiving all items into our inventory. I schedule freight containers and interact with paper mills regarding deliveries.
