Oversaw HR operations for the construction of a Pulp Mill and Port Terminal - UPM's largest investment and a significant private investment in Uruguay. Planned and executed the recruitment of a project team comprising approximately 150 professionals. Established and maintained networks with leading recruitment agencies in Finland and Uruguay to source top talent.
