For the last 20+ years in the ID/MD population, through strategic training I have established my knowledge and skill set on focus subjects such as:

And other DD based development curricula, that promotes the health and safety of our individuals served.
My ideology of a successful approach is “Meeting the individual where they are”. By providing on-going training to our team members; consistent communications with guardians/support team and advocating in the community.
