DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage, motivate and lead Resort/Casino Security Officers/Senior Officers/Supervisors, Providing visible management and leadership. Allocate and coordinate the duties of Resort Security Officers/Senior Officers/Supervisors to ensure shift requirements are met.

- Assist the management with staff performance to ensure competence, performance and succession objectives are meet.

- Manage customer service quality and ensure the Tiger Resort standards are maintained at all times. Represent management in the handling of customer complaints and ensure issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively.

- Create Security procedures.

- Manage shift briefings & provide operational briefings as required, and conduct de- briefs in relation to serious incidents and assisted removals.

- Conduct Incident Investigations as required.

- Maintain an effective relationship with our people and customers, ensuring relevant information is communicated, and incidents are dealt with in a discreet and confidential manner.
