Provided individual counseling for over 30-50 military personnel per week and enable personnel to ask questions and seek clarification on specific topics regarding transition and employment.
Managed and oversaw the new train the trainer program for resumes and social media with over 15 counselors.
Complied with the instructions of the manager and performs tasks related to careers, counseling, human resources, case management, and instructing and training in a timely manner while allowing the team to communicate and ensure everyone is on the same page.

Focused on assisting military personnel on learning software to be successful through the transition process and employment workshop, which resulted in the personnel having the ability to work programs like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and social media sights.
