Contracted to provide a new brand approach and vision to revitalize the fashion house; con- ceptualize a new brand aesthetic and overall box unique customer in-store experience through the design. Restructured online marketing, the social brand identity, and in-store sales strategy. Complete new e-commerce was designed and implemented via Magento for better work flow.

• Designed and developed the brand’s full online presence from conceptualization via e-commerce, mobile, social media, and more.

• Increased online sales by 65% and in-store sales by 30% over course of one year online and box store locations.

• Redesigned interiors and oversaw remodeling construction for five retail spaces to revamp and introduce the brand with a fresh new look and customer experience including the branding identity.

• Designed and oversaw execution of presentations for Mercedes Benz Fashion Weeks and Buyers “Market Week” including interior space design, look books, invitations, and more.

• Handled the day-to-day e-commerce activity, operations, and in-store merchandising, planning, promotions, maintenance, and logistics for the most effective traffic response.

• Executed all Photography, Art Direction, and Design on all seasonal collection look books, Online Ad Campaigns.

• Collaborated with PR Director in developing promotional assets for all major fashion events including domestic and international fashion week presentations, and market press previews.

• Created interface designs and visual hierarchy systems, establish the design language, and execute design direction, visual assets and presentation materials.

• Organized and maintained a heavy workload in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
