Restructured online marketing, the social brand identity, and in-store sales strategy. Complete new e-commerce was designed and implemented via Magento for better work flow.
• Designed and developed the brand’s full online presence from conceptualization via e-commerce, mobile, social media, and more.
• Increased online sales by 65% and in-store sales by 30% over course of one year online and box store locations.
• Redesigned interiors and oversaw remodeling construction for five retail spaces to revamp and introduce the brand with a fresh new look and customer experience including the branding identity.
