Leadership experience approx 2 years- supervisor for a crew of 15 coordinating each work station for the Truss side of Metal Fabrication including bending machine, Miter saw station, forklift and Lull driver to carry large pieces of metal 40 to 60 ft wide. 5. Supervisor duties Include setting up each station for workers to follow as well as fill in at stations many days in the week when short staffed to keep production on path; read engineering plans, wrote the books to calculate the number of trusses, legs, and leanto’s based on roof pitch and different formulas for custom buildings .
6. Leadership requested to move to other side of shop to run the trim side including running a large sheet metal brake-bending machine to bend trim, corners, ridge caps and operate sheet metal roll forming machine.

Metal Truss Side Supervisor

1. Leadership experience approx 2 years- supervisor for a crew of 15 coordinating each work station for the Truss side of Metal Fabrication including bending machine, Miter saw station, forklift and Lull driver to carry large metal trusses up to 60 ft wide. Unloading semi-trucks of steel tubing up to 40 ft. long, doors, pallets containing various elements of metal truss fabrication. 2. Supervisor duties Include setting up each station for workers to follow as well as fill in at stations many days in the week when short staffed to keep production on track; read engineering plans and made lists of materials needed for each building. Calculate the number of trusses, legs, and leanto’s and different formulas for custom buildings .
