God called me to lead fifteen people from the humble beginnings of a home church into a church reaching nearly two hundred weekly and impacting the community through multiple touch points!

As discipleship needs grew, we developed multiple weekly services providing an expositional preaching approach, engaging prayer meetings, as well as interactive, inductive Bible study

Focused on the vital ministry to men through specific engagement on Saturday mornings with just a handful. Strategically led men to deeper walk with Christ which expanded into the community with a weekly opportunity to impact over 100 men

Developed and supported a team of ministers committed to Christ-centered worship which included weekly services, seasonal services as well as personal participation on the worship team playing guitar

Seeking ways to further reach the community for Christ, became the Vice President of our local ministerial association collaborating with other pastors and community leaders on seasonal community services such as Christmas, Easter, Baccalaureate, spring/fall events

Actively participated in seeking to reach the lost by writing weekly articles of encouragement for our local newspaper

Orchestrated community-wide evangelistic outreach through visitation and knocking on every door in our community

Visionary for developing and implementing local broadcasting of our own Christian radio station unifying other Christian community leaders as well as the Christian community for Christ through radio

Broadcast our church services on a weekly teaching program in addition broadcast our services on two other regional full power CSN radio stations for over 10 years

Provided leadership and a training opportunity at one of our regional radio broadcasting conferences mentoring other potential ministries seeking to expand their influence for Christ

Oversaw and directed fifteen ministry leaders ensuring focus of ongoing ministry through monthly meeting, annual team building events, and guiding overall ministry effectiveness

Led a mission’s team to Moscow, Russia visiting five orphanages, supporting community outreach, as well as preaching/teaching the Gospel, witnessing to over five thousand people with many saved
