Led a team of 65+ collaborators that successfully implement four programs designed to impact the lives of more that 10k people in Colombia living under the threshold of extreme poverty.

• Successfully implemented the 2020-2023 post financial partner strategy that entailed achieving over 350 Village Savings and Loans Associations, launching the first cohort in Colombia of the Ultra- poverty Graduation Model with 250 families living under extreme poverty, a WASH initiative for 850 families along with several training and entrepreneurship agreements with strategic partners that impacted more than 1000 families.

• Received several grants from strategic partners including from USAid, the City of Cartagena, Tearfund, among others in the amount of over USD $400k.

• Grew the organization from 5 to over 45 full time employees as well as over 20 contract collaborators.

• Managed a USD $1.2MM budget.
