1.P040-QS001-P07- ROADS & INFRASTRUCTURE IN DOHA INDUSTRIAL AREA – CLIENT – ASHGHAL

Responsible to manage, execute, testing and commissioning and handing over of Ashghal –(Package - 7 ), Which includes 3-substation, 2 Bridges – Under Ground Lighting Systems, Street lighting (SL Pole & High Mast), EP / HV / LV / EHV Networks including electrical sub-stations, underground utilities, etc

ITS/UGN Network - For camera surveillance, PTZ, HD and multi sensor Devices and feeder pillars.

Depth study of design drawings, specifications and provide technical clearance to site subordinates.

To protect all electrical system from over current/voltage by installing the transformer

To protect from fire hazards by utilizing the fire alarm & Fire Fighting system in substation.

Timely submission of clarifications, RFI’s (Request for Information) in case of any variance with drawings.

Carryout follow ups with the procurement section (main office) for the timely delivery of ordered items.

Coordinating with GOVT. department (QCDD, KAHRAMAA, OOREDOO & ASHGHAL etc.) for necessary design approvals and inviting for final inspection at site.

Being approved KM engineer and UDPA certified, I am Responsible for applying LOA permit to work inside live substation and making necessity gate pass and vehicle pass.

Advising project manager on manpower hiring, materials Take off and plant requirements for construction activities.

Supervising & Executing site activities in accordance with Project Specifications & work schedule.

Maintain and established safety plan throughout construction phase. Especially when working at height for camera testing and heavy weight lifting for installation of light poles.

Maintain and update on a daily basis AS-BUILTS & Submission to KM GIS Department.

Follows PTW system, LOTO during any maintenance activity for safe working and proper isolation of equipment.

HV /MV / LV Cable laying, Jointing and Glanding with termination (Underground Utilities).

Construction of Substation, transformers and MV & LV panels, Fiber Optic / Pilot Cabling & Splicing.

Testing and Commissioning (Cables, Switchgear, Substation Control System)
