twice. I stepped down the first time to assist in opening a few new stores and spent the last 5 years as a GM again. It is a very tough job but once you get a good team and work on the small things everything takes care of itself. We ran an A level for all of that time (which includes controlling costs such as food, labor, and doing well on inspections in order to say that) with one of the oldest stores they had. That was tough at times as well when turnover went up for a few months. When I started our turnover was over 200 % and near the end we were down to Just over 100% that is hard to control as well in this business but it can be done. I would like to

use these skills again if given the chance. Thanks I started 1999-2001 as AMIT and worked with the POC's (performance observation checklists, which were on paper at that time). I helped open the Morrilton location on 9-10-2001 and worked for 2 years helping also open a store in the pilot station in Russellville during this time and train new employees and managers to be ready to open that store when I was given the opportunity to become a GM for the first time. This lasted for about 2 years as well when I was asked again to go to a few other stores for the next 5 years to help get them organized and on track to correct problems in operations at that time. I took over the store on Oak Street in Conway in 2012 and ran it at A level with the help of my team for almost all of the next years till 2017 in January when I left employment with them due to an issue with my health. Education

High school or equivalent in mathematics education University of Central Arkansas - Conway, AR

August 1990 to May 1991

Skills

• I have learned several skills of cost controls, behaviors, and other maintenance related skills as well to run a store and make it profitable. Start with people, then organization, and product as a major and the other small items will fall into place and make your business and the company you work for profitable. If you don't take care of the small things next you actually look at failure because the small things will take care of the big things.
