Job Description:

Conduct the site inspection to find out the required KVA of the equipment to the critical loads

Provide technical support for sales team

Perform start-up Installation and Commissioning of UPS product for 1Ph & 3Ph up to 160Kva

Taking Annual Maintenance Contract for Out of warranty of UPS/Battery

24X7 technical supports for clients on operational and maintenance for critical equipments

Carry out preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on site of UPS/Battery Product

Diagnose the problems on defective UPS unit and cost of estimation for repair of the machine to the client for the approval

Taking necessary corrective action on defective units after approval

Inspect UPS including subassemblies, wiring harness, cables and all other major boards/components

Active in repairing defective boards in components level

Making order twice in a year to Megatech for spares and Manage boards/spare parts in stock

Prepare and maintain Installation/Service report for all cases

Daily reporting to the Head of service department in India

Provide technical training to the technical crew
