Transferred from IMT Group’s head office to IMT Forge Group division as an opportunity to broaden my experience within the company

Responsible for analyzing and evaluating current processes and business practices across several departments, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing changes to management, and overseeing the implementation of the changes

Worked closely with Information Systems Analyst and IT department to identify capabilities and limitations of the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX)

Implemented a structured purchasing process at Welland Forge which alleviated 20+ hours per week of administrative effort by Accounting department
