Lowe’s SP7 LPM Program is based on the SP6 initiative and is aimed at laying the foundation for better project lifecycle management. By enabling prompt follow-up of project status and inquiries this project is intended to benefit Lowe’s Customers (online, in-store, by phone). This project provides a platform for Lowe’s associates to effectively manage the project lifecycle – from customer inquiry to project completion. LPM will provide a more comprehensive and holistic access to customer information and better tracking of project status. Reduced costs and increased revenue are foreseen as the results of this project.

IBM has been implementing this project to the rollout the R7 full functionality into 1700+ Lowes stores. With onshore/offshore model in US, India and Philippines teams work towards supporting R7 base interfaces and development towards R7 open requirements.

Onsite lead for LPM (Lead and Project Management) tower and also support OC (Order Capture) tower.
