Took the lead as TRW and the City of Mesa were unable to come to an agreement when inspection issues concerning hazardous materials caused a Cease and Desist order to be issued and the plant to be closed. Negotiated with the City of Mesa Building officials and TRW to accept a fire damage permit and better access during inspections to allow the plant to reopen. Ø IMPACT: By allowing work to resume, millions of dollars of loss were prevented. Provided the first site expansion, since the existing facilities were inadequate to support the new Ford airbag contract. Firm needed to increase productivity by 200% to keep up with the demand or risk the projects going to rival firms. Ø IMPACT: Was able to produce 45 commercial projects totaling over 1.4M square feet and over $118M in revenue in a 5 year period.

Resolved the differences between the insurance company and tribal council (Sovereign Nation of The White Mountain Apache Tribe) to restore a commercial warehouse that was damaged and not able to be repaired due to outdated building codes and lack of cooperation from the relevant parties. Upon creating industry standards that were accepted by the U.S., the tribe adopted the same industry codes and the insurance company was able to approve the financing. Ø IMPACT: The project was approved and completed
