May,2019 – Present ( Amman – Jordan) IT Consultant - MoDEE NBN project – Dar ALOmran co. National Broad Band Network (NBN) owned by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship

(MoDEE) is an optical fiber network.

The project objective is to connect all public schools, governmental entities, health entities, Community colleges, and Knowledge stations. The networks design is based on point-to-point Gigabit Ethernet (GE) over fiber technology to reach the connection points, via aggregation nodes which is interconnected to DC via MPLS technology using cisco ASR 9000 series. AS a consultant Below are some of my main duties in the project:

• Managing project implementation and project delivery based on set project plan.

• Providing expert advice and approval on the technical documents like HLD, LLD, Migration plan, and PAT.

• Meeting with client to discuss their technical and engineering needs.

• Conducting site visits and researching technical processes.

• Troubleshooting engineering and technical faults during and after implementation.

• Evaluating the functionality of redesigned processes.

As a part of NMS project handled by Ericsson for Mobily core network, I have been assigned as a senior team member in operation, to manage the IPRAN (IP Radio Access Network) and MPBN (Mobile Packet Backbone Network) network operation, below are some of my duties:

• Planning, deploy, and maintaining IPRAN solution for the 3G Data traffic between RBSs and RNCs in western region network through a back bone router which are interconnected through MPLS network, using ERICSSON routers SE1200 series, SSR8010/8020.

• Managing MPBN network (ERICSSON MPLS solution) to carry traffic for different perspective including VOICE, signaling SIGTRAN, O&M, and SYNC in kingdom wise between core nodes and other elements of mobile system including MGWs, HSS, SGSN.

• Operating and managing different vendor’s products deployed in IPRAN and MPBN solution including REDBACK, CISCO, EXTREME switches, and JUNIPER.

• Managing Field Engineers Team activities; installation, Troubleshooting, and Handover for new IP network solutions.

• Attending Customer periodic meeting, and presents any recommended changes or solutions

Work Experience

August, 2008 – Jan, 2013 (Eastern province – KSA) Senior internet operation engineer -MOBILY. As a member of operation department Data and Solution at MOBILY, below are some of my main responsibilities:

• Managing new sites delivery and operation.

• Manage access network changes.

• Lead the activities concerning broadband and access network operational problems, and contractor’s adherence to SLA.

• Design and redesign for the access network components and backhauling.

• Join and share with projects team in selection and recommendation for wi-max & LTE base stations in eastern region.
