May 2013 Onwards till date: - working in Deekay Gears –Mumbai Working in the position of production Manager, reporting .Handling all aspects from raw materials to finish goods, and vendors follow up & costing. Handling Supplier quality,updating raw material stock & quality

Handling the production of Gearboxes & materials follow up for all gearboxes,screw jacks, internals and costing for subcontract jobs.

Guiding stage inspection in the purpose of avoiding rejection, rework & deviation Updating item status record to analyzing work orders status in weekly production meeting.

Monitoring daily production of machines, Monitoring setting time, processing time, guiding machine operators to good production & minimizing setting time,Motivating staffs & workers for good working atmosphere

I programmed excel calculator to find processing time for all machines for time study

May 2012 To APRIL 2013: - Working in PP rolling mill P Ltd-Faridabad, Here I was working in the position of Senior Value stream Manager, Handling projects with Quality as per Customer requirements, working with production, process engineering team.

Worked with TPM team (Total Productive maintenance), Handling the production of Gears & Gear boxes, Materials follow up for gearboxes internals, costing for subcontract jobs

Drawing checking, Updating Raw material stock, issue the materials to production, guiding the workers to avoiding setting faults & guiding to fast production.

Follow-up heat treatment process, sending the materials to heat treatment process.

Oct 2007 to April 2012:- Worked at Deekay gears –Mumbai Working in the position of Production Engineer, reporting directly to Managing director .Handling all aspects from raw materials to finish goods as well as all allied responsibilities for production updating, and development works production co ordination, quality co ordination, compliance co ordination, and vendor follow up, co ordination in ERP implementation works.

Handling the production of cooling tower gearboxes, materials follow up for gearboxes internals, costing for subcontract jobs. I had implemented workers efficiency improvement plan, workers efficiency evaluated by marking system.

May 1991 to Aug 2007 : - Worked at Shanthi gears ltd, Coimbatore one of the largest gear manufacturing company in India. worked in the position of assistant engineer, Handling Quality of gears and production planning,was handling independently all aspects of gear & gear inspection, involved actively in customer meeting’s, visits to outstation factories etc, Have had full exposure and gained complete knowledge of gear manufacturing work

thereby adding to my experience of the Gear industry. Had the second opportunity of working in an engineering industrial environment.

Job profile in shanthi gear :- From 1998 to 2007 worked in Quality assurance dept Knowledge of all material testing, material hardness testing, crack checking, Nital etching test, Root radius test, Ultrasonic material test (Flaw checking), Knowledge of Lead & Profile, correction & pcd run out control work. Lead & Profile & Base Pitch, Pcd run out checking for gear grinding section, testing by CNC Machines P.40, Kligngenberg, maag, Hofler M/c's and Wenzil,handling CMM and good exposure in gear metrology.

Job profile in shanthi gears :- From 1993 to 1998 worked in production department,having knowledge of all the process machines (Turning to gear grinding), had knowledge in all type of gear grinding cnc machines (Hofler,resihaur,Niles,ZB,cespel,niles etc) having knowledge of stone dressing work, Lead & profile correction work etc.

Dec 1989 to April 1991 :- Worked in suja industries as a Supervisor for Machine Shop, gained Knowledge in the area of turning & milling, had the first opportunity of working in an engineering industrial environment.

Particularly got experience in the following areas

Valves manufacturing for hydraulic tubes, bore well pipe adopter manufacturing, pump inspection, Rotor balancing work, motor loading test, motor winding works

Additional Qualification : - Experience of working with Microsoft project

Software Powerser. Can handle & trouble shoot majority computer hardware & software problem. Having considerable knowledge of Excel programming, I Programmed excel work sheets for machining time calculator, Product Estimate form, Raw material stock list at Deekay Gears-mumbai.and I completed a course of Technical software (AUTOCAD LEVEL I & II) in November 2006
