SAM Connect was responsible for License management, authentication, Content and System upgrades.
WebMD – Managing two teams of 20 persons and 10 persons each to develop answers.webmd.com and search.webmd.com respectively using Scrum / Agile methodology.
NYS DMV – Implemented Computer Associates Identity Management System (CA IdM) for their resident self services features (https://my.dmv.ny.gov/crm/)
Jones New York - Enterprise level E-Commerce systems serving sixty thousands users every day and growing at 120% year over year.
Oversaw the roll out of e-commerce sites for Anne Klein (http://www.anneklein.com), Jones New York, Nine West, Bandolino and Easy Spirit brands. Identified risks and mitigation strategies. Created project plans and executing them through product launch and project closure.
Worked with marketing, internal stakeholders and external clients to develop product definition document for a store based fulfillment and shipping system that integrated with the warehouse provisioning system.

Responsible for end to end development and maintenance of Learning Management System.
Oversaw seven direct reports, eleven indirect reports (including contractors) and twenty persons offshore vendor team working on client engagements within the department. Responsible for hiring and retaining of high caliber engineering staff. Managed multiple projects in a fast paced environment by optimally utilizing a mix of onshore and offshore staff. Grew team from seven to forty in a three year span.
Defined prioritized feature list, evaluated proposed solutions for Mathzone (http://mathzone.com/) and ARIS (http://mharis.com/), legacy LMS platforms. Instrumental in getting adoption of product by various new disciplines including Physical Sciences, Engineering, Accounting and Economics. These systems supported sales of $800 million division of McGraw-Hill.
Conducted Proof of concept (POCs) to foster innovation. Introduced the embedding of open source spreadsheet and word processing (FCK Editor) products within the Accounting and Creative Writing disciplines respectively and drove these solution sets across business units.
Assisted with ethnographic studies and usability testing of products at university computer labs and training the sales team on the new features and enhancements.
Managed the development of PM Dashboard in SharePoint environment so all stakeholders had access to status, risks, change management and various artifacts.
Managed a three person QA team that utilized sound QA practices and HP Quality Center / Mercury tools like Loadrunner, and QTP to certify products before launch to live environments.
Used Earned Value calculations to measure and track Cost and Schedule variance.
Redesign of internal Content Management System (CMS) with an upgraded front end to better manage Ingestion and version control. Worked with eMeta’s eRights product digital rights management and access control of CMS.
