3 Year Experience as a machine operator in Rane Madras Ltd, Rudrapur Panthnagar ( Uttarakhand) from 2008 to 2011

5 years’ Experience as a Technical Executive in Procter & Gamble Home Product PVT. LTD, Mandideep Bhopal (M.P.)-462046

I am working as Technical Executive in P&G since Nov2011 to till Now

Nature of work:

Line Operation :-

Strong Knowledge in Operating Detergent Packaging FFS machine – Multitrack m/c –Akash & Shubham, & Single track m/c – Hassia etc.

Ability to Start-up/ Shutdown all connected DC /CVC lines, Power system

Operation of Supporting system equipment’s likes- Stitching m/c, Domino, Videojet, Weighing balance, Antrisu & VBL( vacuum bag lifter)

Execution of Daily & weekly CIL

Machine Centerline, CIL, S/D Compliance

Every 30 min Product quality Check according to TAMU Standard

Daily DDS & Game-plan making for improve the line Result & Focus on Repeated stops and Defect fixing etc

Strong Knowledge of machine Safety & PPE

Tracking Productivity – M/C Production Reliability, Stop/day, MTBF by Maple System

Tracking the Monthly Result & share in team.

Perfect Shift operation achieve.

Product & PM material Quality Checks & raise the Quality alerts if get

DMS Tracking & follow-up with team members & share the meeting

Knowledge of SAP work – New parts Registration. Parts finding in m/c function location Raise Pm Order and do TBM Plan.

Hit the Daily Production Plan MPSA.

Execution Changeover between SKU & Brand.

Trouble Shooting :-

All Mechanical problem attend & solved them with in shift

Support in other m/c .

Used the Tools for Recurring problem- 6W2H, Know Why OPL, OPL, RCA etc.

Made the strong action plan for requiring issue.

AM ( Autonomous Maintenance ):-

Perform the Daily, Weekly & Monthly AM(CIL,RLS) of all machines

Daily Defect Finding & plan for fixing them in Daily CIL

If Defect the major than raise the Notification in SAP

Minor Stops reduction, Eliminating the Safety & Quality ABH

Machine Deep Cleaning perform in Weekly AM

Maintain the AM Step-1,2,3,4 &5

PM ( Progressive Maintenance):-

TMB Orders( PM02) tracking & plan for perform them in Monthly Maintenance

Change the M/C parts as per TBM frequency if not require current than rescheduling TBM

Track the all incoming TBM & Pending TBM Backlog.

Perform the all TBM as per m/c running hours

No Breakdown due to TBM

Set the Frequency for replace the m/c Parts

Plan for Maintenance as per M/C running day.

<1 hrs. TBM will be perform in CIL

Track also PM09, PM02,

Improve Capability :-

Improve the Team Capability by sharing the OPL, Know Why OPL, Subthemes.

Build the Innovation/idea / improvement for improve the result & Cost Saving

Find out the losses

Trained the New Hire operators about the machine

Trained the Apprentices & Contractors Men power

Technical Mastery for Solving the M/C major Trouble Shooting without any help

Achievements & Projects

Do the Cost Saving project by reducing printing Ink by Font Size Reduction in Secondary Coding Format in Polybags?

Reduce the Character Size in Coding format as per Current need

Do the Automation Project by Installed the Auto Coding in Polybag

Single Stitching project on Polybag instead of double Stitching. Save the Stitching Thread & Reduce the Stitching stops losses till 0.1 % monthly PR loss.
