Responsible for Designing of New products, modify or improve existing designs based on required performance parameters.

For plastic parts make Close Volume with proper model tree structure by methodology of A Class, B class & C class surface.

Surface Replace & insert surface features design by power copy like Locators, Bosses, Snap Fits, Doghouses etc. and checking for tooling feasibility by Draft Analysis.

Checking manufacturing and assembly feasibility and minimize total number of sub part.

Identifying potential problems and designing issues and proposing technical solutions for different parts of tooling modifications.

Create parametric 3D model and make assembly by using part design, surfacing and assembly design.

Detailing & Drafting of sub assembly & assemblies.

Maintaining quality documents, time-sheets and other documents related to the project.

Provide CAD models for finite element analysis and other engineering analysis.
