As 2nd shift Superintendent (Promoted Feb. 1998), was responsible for the day to day operation on 2nd shift.
-Involved in quality and production to ensure on-time delivery to our customers.
-Involved in safety committee to ensure safe working environment for employees

As Plant Superintendent, was responsible for the day to day operation of a 2 shift operation.
-Involved in production, quality, and safety throughout the plant.

As Plant Superintendent, I am responsible for the day to day operation of a 1 shift operation.
-Responsible for 2 Supervisors and about 50 employees
-Responsible for communicating production standards and quality issues to employees. Process Sheets were implemented to help production and quality issues.
-Involved in production, quality, and safety meetings to insure plant meets standards.
-Responsible for making sure all employees follow these processes everyday.
