OBJECTIVE:

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Engro Foods Pvt. Ltd as “ Dairy Development Manager” in Milk Procurement and Agri Services Department
From 5th of May 2015 to Present where my Responsibilities are;
Implementation of activities related to agri and livestock management for local farmers to ensure the availability quality milk in required volumes.
To create a platform for farmers to ensure the availability of quality milk by providing them proper animal nutrition and health care products at economical prices
To achieve the target milk volumes from CDF,s(Commercial Dairy Farmer)
To develop a knowledge base and awareness at farm level to produce cost effective and quality milk through better livestock management.
To visit PFs, CDFs and maintain a log,keep contact with them by telephone, review the monthly improvement at the farm due to visits as per the set targets.
Held the meeting with farmers, promotional activities and medical camps in the area.
To take the measures to protect the animals of Engro farmers from different diseases by proper vaccination, like HS,FMD and BQ as per the target numbers.
To minimize the decrease in milk production during the days of fodder shortage by promoting the Hay and Silage making, urea treated wheat straw and urea treated peddy straw as per target numbers.
Three Year in Supply Chain Improvement Project in Livestock for Rural Development, University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences Lahore, Govt. of Punjab, as ‘Training Coordinator’ from 5th of July 2012 to 5th of May 2015 where my Responsibilities were;
Training of Livestock farmers at their farms in rural areas for;
Good agricultural practices for livestock farming.
Productivity enhancement by using modern techniques,
Hygiene production to get certification from GLOBALG.A.P(Good Agricultural Practices) making their products (Milk, Beef, Mutton, Chicken) valuable in the International market.
Making clusters(groups) of rural farmers to work to gather and share modernization.
