Testing and commissioning of all Electrical equipment from 230V volts to 110 KV System.

Inspection of control and relay panel, preparation of Test Report and cable schedule for sub-station, power plant, and process plant.

Testing and commissioning of control & relay panel for Generator, Transformer, Bus Coupler, Bus-Transfer, and Line feeder.

Testing and commissioning of power control center and motor control center.

Knowledge of Generator Protection, Transformer protection, Transformer Differential Protection & Bus Bar protection, Motor protection, and synchronizing scheme.

Operation and Maintenance of Power Plant and sub-station.

Trouble shooting of all Electrical circuits, control and protection circuits.

Co-ordination with client in As Built Scheme drawing submission, test report submission.

As build cable schedule submission and all site activity to satisfy the customer.

Main Substation:-

110 KV/6.6 KV, 21.6 MVA NGEF make power transformer

.110 KV SF6 ABB make circuit breaker.

110 KV switch yard equipments.

6.6 KV Jyothi make vacuum circuit breakers.

6.6 KV Siemens make vacuum circuit breakers.

Captive Power Plant:-

6.6 KV, 2x 6 MW Wartsila power generating set.

440 V, 500 KVA DG set

440 V, 50 KVA DG Set.

440 V, 75 KVA DG Set and all its accessories like on line heaters, Heat tracers, viscosity

Control panels and oil centrifuges.

LT Substation:-

ABB make DC variable speed drives upto 250 KW (11Nos).

Siemens make AC variable speed drive panels up to 45KW (10 No’s).

ABB make AC variable speed drives up to 45 KW (15 No’s).

LT circuit breakers of L&T make upto 3200 A motor control centers.

6.6KV /440V 2MVA transformers (7 No’s).

CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENTS:-

Concrete batching plants, concrete pumps erection and commissioning.

Siemens S7-200, S7-300 PLC general testing, commissioning, and trouble shooting.

Siemens SCADA software installation like SQL and WINCC.

Batching software installation with all batching equipments control panel testing and commissioning.

Maintain good relation with construction equipments customers for sales and service(ex:L&T, AFCONS, GAMMON, etc..)
