SOW:

Manage soft services (catering, laundry, housekeeping, light maintenance, bar and supermarket) on a Base camp on a 24 hours / 7 days type of operation. Implementation of company policies and procedures for monitoring daily activities and report accordingly to Management. Implementation of client/company Q.H.S.E requirements

Develop and implement training program for local crew to develop them to an international level of hygiene (safe steps), safe preparation of food in a large scale (H.A.C.C.P), laundry procedures and methodology of work, housekeeping “know-how”.

Oversees the supervision of Staff, including: Work allocations, training, and problem resolutions. Evaluates performances and makes recommendations for personnel actions (Promotion, bonuses, and motivation). Staff Planning for international employees, flight ticket, obtaining of visas, Medivac when necessary) Supervision of staff rotation to ensure “all time” effective coverage of operations

Ensure compliance to local legal requirements. Used to Operate successfully in a constraining legal and highly unionized environment

International and local procurement of foodstuff and equipment

Analyze P&L of site and report to Management. Links Company and local authorities regarding work permits, taxes, and staff. Ensuring records systems are maintained in accordance with general auditing standards

Prepares financial statement for Management; Develops projections and analysis with recommendations/conclusions for Management. Develop, analyze budget systems for control, policies and procedures. Monthly report on turnover, cost, margin …Overseeing the processing of revenue, expenditure and position control documents. Mass salaries updates; Ledger and account maintenance and data entry.
