WORK HISTORY

Aug. 2013 – Current Compound Photonics Site Operations Mgr.

R&D/Production of LCD micro-displays, optics coatings, and laser development.

Responsible for all facilities management which include a 34,000 sq ft. class 10/1 clean room, with total building size of 100,000 sq.ft. including a warehouse building approx. 200,000 sq ft.

Facilities systems include two 17 mill BTU boilers, four 700 ton chillers, glycol systems, R.O. and D.I. water systems. Manufacturing equipment responsibilities includes etch, photolithography, and LCD dispense systems in a class 1/10 clean room area.

Management of equipment and facilities maintenance staff of 15 for the manufacturing line and overall site responsibility for approx. 130 personnel.

Created preventive maintenance programs and a replacement parts program.

Reduced site utility costs by 35% within 4 months. Created plant redundancy on key facilities systems. Established an EHS program from ground zero.
