Job Duties
In nursing duties I assist patients in taking vital signs, and diagnostic support duties, perform simple treatments, charting and patient teaching tasks.
In homecare I assist consumers with daily activities (Feeding, bathing/shower, grooming, toileting, brushing/denture cleaning, shaving )etc.
In nursing I assisted patients by taking recording/reporting to the supervisor/charge nurse deviations in vital signs and the overall.
In homecare I assisted consumers in transporting to medical appointments, personal shopping, social outings.
In nursing I assisted in screening patients and documenting chief complaints.
In homecare I assisted in ROM (Range of Motion) exercises daily with consumers.
In nursing I assisted in conducting special clinics: Well women, Well child, Prenatal, Rena, Sport Physicals, etc.
In homecare I assisted consumers in house cleaning,meal preparation, laundry washing, etc.
In nursing/homecare I assisted patients/consumers in administering medication and documenting in take/out take.
Skills
