Gujarat Fluoro-chemicals Ltd

Responsibilities:

Handling the shift operation of the plant & utilities like refrigeration, chilled brine

Handling of distillation column (Atmospheric / Vacuum /Pressure), high pressure reaction at 40 kg/cm2 along with exposure of pumps, SSR, ANFD

Develop the pre-commissioning & commissioning checks list & manuals for systematic commissioning

Pre-commissioning & commissioning of the plant.

Trained the colleagues & juniors for smooth operation.

Formulating daily data sheet, production & monthly production reports

Well aware of safety procedure like permit work system job safety analysis.

Hydro testing, pneumatic testing, calibration of reactors and vessels
