Led organizational effort to decommission (9) systems and one data center, eliminating (8) positions and appropriate mainframe licensing fees; resulted in savings of >$500K per year.

Oversaw process to integrate (3) invoicing systems to use one corporately supplied taxation module, eliminating need for (3) third party software licenses; resulted in net savings of $10K per year.
