Venues included McCormick Place-Chicago, IL; French Quarter-New Orleans, La; U.S. House of Congress/Senate, D.C; Miami International Airport; Detroit McNamara Airport; Philadelphia International Airport; LaGuardia International Airport, NY; Midway Airport, Chicago, il

These venues have been high usage/capacity sites with major throughput issues for many years. The local Sprint RF Engineering departments were not able to resolve the issues. These projects were to work within tight budget constraints with short term parameter changes and long term re-design solutions.

Managed a team of Field and Senior RF Engineers.

Performed initial signal validation with a physical walk of the venues. Processed and analyzed the data.

Verified current network parameters as well as analyzed network KPIs to propose an overall optimization plan.

Post signal validation walk through after the optimization plan has been implemented.
