Planning of daily job & PM jobs, calibrations & maintenance of all instruments & control valves.

Expertise in driving the Configuration, Installation, maintenance operations of a wide range of instruments, equipments systems/ machines.

To maintain day to day TPM activity and TPM documentation.

Maintaining ISO reports and History Cards of said Instruments also Materials planning with SAP system.

To maintain detailed technical record of each instrument/system including storage and control of process computer software control configurations.

To provide technical functional support to instrument engineers on complex control system faults.

To carry out weekly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly maintenance of the said systems and modification in DCS, PLC and SCADA systems as required.

Responsible for all the checkups required before the startup of main plant and utilities. Simulate the desired conditions and see to it that all the hardware and software is functioning ok.

Responsible for finding the cause of plant/utilities trip.

As per the shutdowns planned for maintenance, all the spares are arranged in advance; keep all the specification sheets ready required for calibration.

Arranging TPM activities to drive system towards the best.
