2007 - To Date British Army - Combat Medical Technician /HSA

●Lead medical teams of 8-12 medics to administer emergency and routine medical treatment o over sixty military personnel for battle and non-battle casualties.

●Responsible for assisting with strategic planning and execution of risk assessments, whilst working in an extremely health and safety critical environment

●Managing evacuation and transportation of casualties, administer medication and prepare patients for surgery in diverse operational environment

●Playing a pivotal role in a team of 6, delivering short term medical training package, in order to meet the requirements of the British government’s commitment to provide non-lethal aid to Ukraine

●Playing a key role in the regimental safety health, environmental and fire teams, ensuring that health and safety standards are maintained at high levels via risk assessments, auditing and training of training of staff, whilst conducting inductions and briefings on health and safety and fire issues

●Responsible for combat readiness, health, morale and welfare of over 60 soldiers

●Lead contributor for creating a training package to suit the training requirements of the Ukrainian army

●Responsible for devising logistical solutions, in order to facilitate the movement of medical supplies to Poland, supporting a multinational joint military exercise

●Assist with strategic planning and execution of healthcare delivery in combat and non-combat operations including rescue missions

●Demonstrating excellent people skills in the Middle East and Balkan states, overcoming language barriers and cultural differences with host nation, delivering successful training and medical care
