Defacto human resources representative since there was no HR representative on site, acting as point of contact and assisting with insurance, contract questions, and other benefit information.
Design and implement operations training program and courses for employees, from hiring to role-specific training, to advanced roles; Work with IPL SMEs to develop site-specific processes and equipment training; facilitated and managed vendors for outsourced training efforts.
