1.Halogen infra red double end lamps production & process technology setup in India

Client: Philips and GE. Year: 2011.

Role: Team Member. Project location: India plant

As an active team member for this project, trained in USA plant to handle the process for double end halogen lamps technology & implemented in production.

2.Introduce a new Flame detector product called UV source lamp to India Venture manufacturing plant.

Client: General Monitors, usa Year – 2014

Role: Project Leader. Project location: India plant

Independently trained 2 months in USA venture plant to transfer the technology to India manufacturing plant. Application is for offshore fire detection lamps customers. Responsible project head for UV/IR detectors, fire optic tubes supplier to customer.

3.Tungsten coil winding and filament dissolving process for Philips lighting.

Client: Philips lighting. Year - 2013

Role: Project Lead Project training: Italy, Milan

Worked directly with process team in Italy, got trained in process in terms of BOM management, production process, component engineering, environmental compliance.

4. Introduce new Hair Pin Tungsten Electrode making equipment for Philips

Client: Philips, GE. Year – 2015 Role: project leader

Trained in USA to learn the process of electrode making and its dimensions for High intensity discharge lamps. Successfully implemented this project on time to satisfy the Philips customer as a in-house manufacturing technology.

Other key Projects:

Tungsten Recrystallization process for High temperature (3000C) annealing furnace automation and process improvement.

HID lighting – Initial bulb shaping developmental automated machines for low watt lighting production.

Developed 2000 Watt lamp burning life test racks for European lighting companies in cost savings existing project.

Commissioned and tested the high current hydrogen furnace with the help of SCR and temperature controllers.

Complete maintenance and commissioning responsibility for Philips Hair pin electrode making automated machine.

Ultra high speed Mold making machine development for GE Bulbforming
