JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Conduct daily toolbox meeting.

To ensure that all respective agents and employees confirm to the company’s safety rules and regulations.

Inspect the worksite daily and to report and correct unsafe methods and condition.

To provide employees with appropriate safety equipments when working.

Install prefabricated warning signs and barriers to appropriate areas.

Conduct weekly safety meeting to all subcontractor safety officers.

Keep all records of every weekly safety meeting with complete subject.

Conduct safety training.

Preparing Daily HSE Report.

Checking of all fire extinguisher and replace immediately if damage or empty.

Make monthly report and submit to the client HSE Manager.

Ensure good housekeeping always.

Conduct incident/accident investigation.

Ensure that all accidents are reported to the client.

Maintain good working condition of all emergency equipments such as medical kit, fire extinguisher, safety shoes, safety harness, safety helmet and others.

Inspection of all personal protection equipment (PPE) such ad hand gloves, safety goggles, welding mask, safety shoes, safety helmet and others.

Make monthly report and to be submit to HSE safety Manager.

Set a personal example on site by wearing appropriate protective equipments at all times.
