Suitable assignments in overall management of Development, Production & Operations( including marketing/inventory/HR,5S/TPM/production/project/maintenance/commercial/safety)

Summary of Skills & Experience:

Supervision of plant & Labor handling.

Coordinating with departments like materials and marketing for aligning production with sales forecasts and raw material and equipment availability

Handling SCM management/ Vendor Development.

Responsible for maintaining quality during manufacturing by ensuring that all the work is carried out on shop floor according to standard procedures.

Problem solving approach i.e. Diagnose the problem & the root cause of problems & by implement corrective action to address the problem at the root level.

Operation & Maintenance, Resources Management, Liaison & Coordination.

Expertise in conceptualizing & effecting process modifications to optimize resource utilization.

Execution of Projects dealing with installation & commissioning of plant

Equipment & machinery.

Experienced in effective preventive & predictive maintenance to enhance equipment reliability and machine up-time.

Experienced in preparation of marketing strategies for business development.

Exposure in 5S and Kaizen,TPM

End to end execution of projects dealing with installation & commissioning of plant equipment

And machinery

Planning & scheduling to ensure execution of project within time & budgetary parameters.

Materials Management

Effective inventory control to maintain smooth flow of materials for production with minimum

Inventory holding

Oversee adherence to quality standards and consistency in material quality.

Safety

Ensuring adherence to Safety, Environment and Health standards in all functional areas and developing & implementing measures for enhancing safety levels.

Ensure the implementation of all Safety & Environment SOP.

Conducting risk assessment and hazard studies to identify the risk and develop preventive measures.

Industrial Training:

Undergone training on 'Techniques of Hazard Identification and Assessment' from Regional Labor Institute, Calcutta, and Ministry of Labor in the year 1993.

Computer Skills:

Completed certificate course from SQL Star International, Calcutta, in 2000

Educational Qualification:

• B.E. (Chemical. Engineering) from Jadavpur University 1985-1989

• MBA from Sikkim Manipal University 2005-2007
