At HEB I am a bakery associate whom is required to talk with customers about our daily deals, great products and overall making sure each customer is happy. Baking, packing, preparing and guarantying that they are satisfied.

Academy sports & outdoors 01/19/2014-01/28/2015

While working at Academy I was held responsible for product management, inventory management, stocking and restocking, pricing items, customer experience and support, answering phones, finding products available online and in store. Customer service was a major part of working in retail at Academy, no matter what the customer is always first.

American Cruise Line 09/09/2013- present (seasonal position)

During my experience working at American Cruise Line I was responsible for hospitality housekeeping, activity coordination, and full service to each passenger. I was required to work a 12-14 hour shift 7 days a week, while living on the boat.
