. I am currently seeking a position in a facility that diagnoses and manages both common and complex medical conditions

in the patient population from ages 18 to the elderly in an acute setting. In present my role and position I provide in-debt

consultation for patients with acute and chronic cardiac issues in collaboration with hospitalist, E.R. physicians and

intensives during the night shift. Working with a high level of autonomy with attending cardiologist as my backup, while taking call in a tertiary facility. Evaluating and treating patients in an acute care setting. Compiling a variety of clinical data and

developing plans of care for patients with a variety of cardiac issues such as hypertension crisis, hypotension, coronary

artery disease, chest pain, arrhythmias, CHF, and hypercholesterolemia and pre-operative risk stratification. My duties

consist of but are not limited to, reading ekgs, interrupting lab values, chest x-rays, echocardiograms, and stress test. I'm

also adept in managing patients in progressive care and ICU with acute cardiac disease process.
