Working as Quality Control Test Technician/Engineer for MAQUET Cardiovascular LLC- Perform destructive and non-destructive testing on raw materials/components(Medical Devices) using Micrometers, Calipers, Pin Gauges, Height Gauges, Thread Gauges, Optical Comparator, Micro Vu, Megnamike and other Precision Measuring Instruments in Incoming QC, Perform inspection plan, accepted/rejected activities for raw materials in SAP and CATSweb.

Almost 7 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer – Perform Analysis of Pressure Transducers from Sub-stage assembly to complete Pressure Sensors for Rolls Roy’s, Honeywell’s, Boeing, Air-Bus 380, BMW, Parker Hannifin, Different Aircraft systems etc.

Built high pressure transducers, pressure switches for aircrafts’ fuel and breaking system, fighter planes, submarines, hydraulic systems, automobiles and oil industries.

Installation of Pressure Sensors, Test at different stages at different temperatures (-67 ºF to 400 ºF) with different pressure (0 PSI to 10,000 PSI).
