Experience in ‘Brose Fahrzeugteile’ as a Simulation Engineer (September 2011- Present) Roles and Responsibility: - Crash Analysis in Seating Systems involves Runs, Load Case Report Preparation and Evaluation of seat FE-Crash-models using LS- DYNA.

Projects Experience:-

Crash Analysis Seating System : - (Jan 2014- Present)

A: Honda Civic Brose North America (BNA) (Driver and Co-Driver Seat - 8way Power)

Module build up of Sub – structure in Design State (Adjuster Backrest Headrest and Cushions).

Control Cards for frontal, Rear and Belt Anchorage test (BAT) and Load case control Cards.

BNA Honda Civic Load Cases (FMVSS/ECE/Euro-NCAP requirements) :-

1. Belt Anchorage Test (BAT):- Seat strength evaluation in the longitudinal direction.

2. Frontal Crash Test: - Load case Setup for all DTE to meet frontal load case requirements.

3. Rear Crash Test: - Mid position for 50%DTE to check backrest and torque requirements.

4. Euro NCAP’s Whiplash Test: - Seats and head restraints are tested on a sled using a low speed rear- impact with 50% Dummy.

5. Rear Moment:- At upper cross member, the seat is pulled back to check the backrest displacement in rearward direction.

B: Ford Brose North America (Driver Seat - 6way power): -- (Jan 2014- Present)

Load case setup and runs for standard load-cases. BAT, frontal and Rear and Cargo.

Ford BNA platform 2way, 4 way, 6way countermeasures.

Description: The main objective of the project is to analyse the air intake system and optimize to prevent leakages by means of Analysis of:

Filter Mounting Support bracket. and Analysis of each component of the system for Leakages.

Completed full fledge training on ANSYS (WORKBENCH) from “VAFTSY CAE, Pune”,a reputed consultancy providing CAE solutions,(Sept2010 to May2011).
