With over 28 years of on the job experience, I am and have been a "Hands-on" mechanic of the Construction Field, I am also a well-qualified and diversified professional in the fields of COMMERCIAL and RESIDENTIAL Building, Remodeling and Renovating of Mixed-use Real Estate properties. OBJECTIVE:

JOB PERFORMANCE:
My duties are to work to the best of my capabilities and acknowledgements in the Construction field. Dealing with Site Safety, Log Books for all Construction Safety and FDNY Regs, OSHA and DOB regulations, managing all trades such as: (plumbers, electricians, masons, iron workers, carpenters, roofers, siders, sheet rockers, tapers, framers) connecting with many suppliers for (pricing differentials), troubleshooting of most difficulties, Book and Log all aspects of each project, settling most situations, job scheduling, material ordering, estimating, Blueprint reading, project co-ordination, job lay-outs, and closing the projects out (punch list completions).
MY PROFESSIONALISM:
Complete project material purchase orders and schedule deliveries in coordination with all of the Trades Managers/Construction Managers and Owners to assure the field supervision has the work force and materials they require to keep the project on schedule with the proper WORK ORDERS
To have Bi-weekly/Monthly meetings, Tool Box Talks and Employee Safety Organization meetings with all Trade leaders for project continuance and coordinate with all their scheduling.
Execute and Manage the projected start up of each work order
Report schedules of the projects activities on a daily basis
Call in all INSPECTIONS as per job requirements
Submit all payment requisitions with follow ups on time and labor schedules
Troubleshoot most situations with the TEAM and expedite an on-site RESOLUTION with affirmation to move forward
Keeping track of our project schedule by completing the JOB WALK THROUGHS on a daily basis
Weekly updates of all project schedules
Develops and maintains a professional relationship with the OWNERS and the ARCHITECTURAL representatives, ENGINEERS, D.O.B. and FDNY (Fire Safety), also, Respond promptly to their calls, letters, and emails, keeping them apprised of any matter that would materially affect the cost or schedule for their project
Abide and follow all SITE SAFETY MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES (OSHA/ State and city req)
Organize the punch list process for the CLOSE-OUT of each project, man that list and complete each task to reach our end of project standards

Job Salary Package for the Construction Project Coordinator/Asst Project Manager/Site Safety Coordinator/Field Super Positions in NYC:
-Starting Salary: Minimal $85K
-Medical: Full coverage (as per company policy)
-Dental and Optical: Full coverage under (as per company policy)
-If I am to use my vehicle for the days of work: (40% of my insurance policy shall be paid), a magnetic logo may be used if allowable by the Dept Motor Vehicles of the construction firms state, otherwise no Signs painted or permanent shall be used on my personal vehicle
-If applicable, a request for a Company vehicle: SUV or Pick-up Truck with company Expenses and Logo
-Paid Travel Expenses for all Job-sites and Administrative runs: (with my own vehicle or company vehicle)
-10% increase per year: for the first 5 years of the job with position increments
-When the position to move up the ladder comes to the table; the pay grade and a "NEW" Salary package will be addressed
-Bonuses according to Job Performances: when acknowledged starting at $5,000 first year, $7,500 second year, $8,000 third year, $10,000 fourth year and to cap at $15,000 a year for the term or a Job Position Change comes to affect, the bonus shall be in January/February of the following year as to the end of the business year closes in December of that year
